WeboWolf offers a 100 % refund on all design services, subject to the conditions below. The refund guarantee is void if any of the following apply:

1. You selected a special or custom-priced package.

2. The primary design concept (logo, website, etc.) has been approved.

3. The logo has been finalised.

4. The website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.

5. You have requested revisions.

6. Cancellation is for reasons unrelated to the project.

7. We have not heard from you for more than 14 days.

8. Any WeboWolf policy has been violated.

9. Another agency or designer has been hired for the same project.

10. The creative brief lacks essential information.

11. A complete design direction change is requested.

12. The payment relates solely to domain or hosting.

13. Your claim is made after the stated refund-request window.

14. Your business is closing or changing name/sector.

15. Reasons such as “change of mind,” “partner disagreement,” etc., are not eligible.

Partial refunds
If you have accepted multiple rounds of revisions, you may—after discussion with your Project Manager—be eligible for up to 50 % refund. Approval is at WeboWolf management’s discretion and is final.

Service bundles
If you purchased a bundle and are dissatisfied with one component, a refund applies only to that component.

Administrative cancellations
Orders cancelled before project kick-off for non-design reasons are subject to a 33 % administrative fee.
